It is especially during difficult times that the depth of God’s Word in your heart becomes evident. In such moments, God gives you the opportunity to remain faithful, while helping you grow in faith and spiritual maturity.
God can use these circumstances to teach us obedience, deepen our faith, and make the values of His Kingdom visible to those around us. Therefore, do not cling tightly to what you think you may lose. God is able to give far more than what you let go of, and He renews your heart with the joy that grows from a life of obedience to Him.
